Zack Allen, President

I got my start in flooring when I was 15, installing tile at my

own school, Ezell Harding Christian School, on Spring Break.

My job is to put my clients with the perfect flooring for their

needs and budget and to ensure that my installation staff

will make their homes something they will be proud of.

Judson Allen, General Manager

Growing up in the industry, I have always been fascinated

with how homes look before and after projects. My first job

was to be an installer’s assistant at Buddy Allen Carpet One,

working for my father. I offer support from beginning to end

with a client’s project. I help them to achieve the flooring

dream they are wanting.

Jenna Allen, Business Development

Like my brothers, I too began working at Buddy Allen at a

young age. I started at 16,working in the office. I get to be

the social butterfly. I do business development. It is my job

to brand the company on a social platform. The. Best. Job.

Joyce Cole, Interior Designer

I had my own design firm working on design/build projects

before joining Buddy Allen. Walking the streets of London

and Paris I found my passion of Interior Design. I love

beautiful architecture and the use of space, layers of texture

and materials that bring design to life. Fibers, ceramic and

wood speak to me. As the Interior Designer on staff, I bring

your vision to life.

Emory Kincaid, Flooring Consultant

I have been in the flooring industry for four years. My

previous 40+ years’ experience in the art business has

provided the knowledge and ability to guide my clients with

color, texture and design to bring their vision for their home

to life. I will walk my clients through the entire process from

selection of flooring, the installation process, and the final

walk-through. It is important that my clients enjoy the entire

experience and feel proud of their beautiful home.

Sarah Boynton, Project Manager

When I was 17 I landed my first job in a tile showroom in

Rhode Island, working alongside many of my family

members. This early start in the flooring industry was the

catalyst of my love for design and making somebody's

vision board come to life. After years of just tile, I started

working for a Carpet One showroom which gave me access

to a multitude of mediums to help my client's spaces

flourish. My goal is to make my customers as relaxed as

possible, and proud of the space we create together!

Darrah Lynch, Customer Concierge

Chris Graves, Operations Director

I came to work with Buddy Allen at the start of 2018 as the

Warehouse Manager. Within the first year, I was given the

opportunity to become Operations Director. I work closely

with our sales staff and installers to ensure jobs are

completed in a smooth and timely manner. Our attention to

detail can mean all the difference in how your flooring installation goes.

Kayla Thomas, Office Manager

Before working for Buddy Allen, I had never worked in the

flooring industry. I started as the Customer Relations

Representative and learned so much working with our sales

staff and clients. I now oversee all of the administrative

aspects of our office and ensure everything is running

smoothly for our staff to efficiently do their jobs. I feel like I

have become a part of the “Allen” family and love working

with people dedicated to making our clients’ dreams become reality.
